1. Agreement

By using join.allcoaching.in (this "page") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. This page is operated by AllCoaching ("we", "us"), the education platform at allcoaching.in.

2. What this page is

This is an informational landing page for educators and coaching institutes. It describes the AllCoaching platform and lets you request a free demo. Creating and operating an educator studio happens at studio.allcoaching.in and is governed by the platform's educator agreement presented there at signup.

3. Pricing and payouts

• AllCoaching charges educators a flat 10% platform fee on paid transactions; 90% belongs to the educator.
• Payouts are made weekly via UPI to the educator's registered account.
• Starting is free — no setup fee, no card required, and there is no lock-in.

Full commercial terms (refunds, settlement timelines, taxes such as GST/TDS where applicable) are set out in the educator agreement at signup.

4. Illustrative figures

Earnings examples, dashboard numbers and testimonials on this page describe real product features and real educator outcomes or clearly-labelled illustrations. They are not a guarantee of income — your results depend on your content, pricing, subject and audience.

5. Your responsibilities

• Submit accurate details in the demo form and only your own contact information.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse this page.
• If you go on to teach on AllCoaching, you are responsible for owning or licensing the content you publish.

6. Intellectual property

The AllCoaching name, logo, design and all content on this page belong to AllCoaching. You may not reuse them without written permission, except as ordinary browsing requires.

7. Disclaimers & liability

This page is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllCoaching is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this page. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the company's registered place of business have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights you hold.
